What methods off cleaning do you use ?

We use both the traditional and 'pure water' cleaning methods. This can be discussed during our first inspection and you can decide which method you prefer.

What height do you work at ?

We use Double Ladder - 1st Floor for traditional cleaning / pole method up to 52ft or powered access equipment for higher, difficult to reach areas.

When will you call again ?

On completion of the project, we can book your next appointment and write the date of this on your invoice or receipt.

Do you provide a regular service?

That's up to you! We will arrange further consultations and appointments with you when necessary. If, for any reason, we can't make it, we will call in advance to arrange another appointment.

What weather conditions can you work in ?

Light rain and showers are not a problem, however, we can't work in heavy rain or high winds due to health and safety issues.

Is the price you quote for the work inclusive ?

Yes, there is no VAT to pay on top off the price we quote.

Which payment methods are accepted ?

We accept payment at the end of the first project by cash, cheque or mobile card payment. After this, we can accept cash, cheque, bank transfer, PayPal, Direct Debit, credit and debit card payments, contactless and Ping it.

What happens if i am unhappy with the work carried out ?

We will never leave a job until you are happy. If you find a problem in the first 24 hours after completion, we will return to rectify this or offer you a full refund.
